Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Efamol account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
